This crocheted fishy pillow is adorable! The cuter picture is of the little boy with his new pillow. Head over to 2 Crocheted Hooks to see how Millie made this.

Congratulations to the featured blogs!

What have I been doing?

It's been a busy, but blessed week. I've been up to quite a bit. Here's what I've been doing.
Saturday was my husband's 39th birthday (I love reminding him that I'll always been 10 years younger). It was also our best friend's son Blake's birthday.
Jason's birthday cake! He loves red velvet, and he had that all to himself. It's like 4 pieces.

They had a bounce house water slide at the party. Nick had a blast, and stayed in it most of the time. That's him squirting the water and looking devious. Blake turned 4 that day.
Sunday at church I got to witness the most awesome thing. Two of the boys, one of whom is Nick's best friend and 5 years old, be baptized. I was so moved to see these sweet boys that I know and love publicly proclaim that they accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I cried, and honestly I don't think there was a dry eye in that place.

Here's little Gavin being baptized. I am so happy for him!!

This is Keeton with his dad Tony. Keeton is autistic and wanted his dad with him. They say he talks about and to Jesus all the time. I am so happy for him and their entire family. I love their whole family and I'm so excited to continue to watch these boys walk with Christ.
My mom and I made this awesome Star Wars quilt for my brother a couple of years ago. During the process, I ran out of the good batting, and used a different kind that I had to hand sew to the other. Well, he washed it, Mom dried it, and it is terrible. I'm in the process of taking it apart, and taking the messed up batting out. It's a king size quilt, so it's going to take a bit. Then I have to get new batting, and put it back together. Yay me lol!

Now it's your turn! What have you been doing this week?
