What have I been doing?

Well I'm sure some of you noticed that I didn't post the hop last week. My internet was down for a bit, something broke and it took them awhile to fix it. I get credited on my account though, thank goodness. Then through it going off and on, I end up getting sick. I had some awful stomach bug and just got over it yesterday.

On to the good part of what I've been doing... Friday at Nick's school was Western Day. Yes, it was Valentine's Day, but they decided to do Western Day on the same day. Didn't make sense to me, but it's not up to me either ;) Nick had been telling me that they were square dancing in gym class for this, and that he had to dance with a girl. He wasn't excited at all to dance with a girl. I told him it was fine, that she's his friend, and there's nothing wrong with dancing with your friend. I snapped some pictures, that are just too precious.

Momma's little cowboy.

His dancing partner. They were square dancing here.

Dancing to Lonestar's "Amazed" and breaking my heart lol!

Line dance to a fun and silly song. My cowboy is right there in the orange flannel.

They got their thumbs up, getting ready to put their knees together.

I can't remember this was Johnny Chesnut. I'd never heard it, but it was cute.
Their dancing was super cute! These are all Kindergartners, and they knew their moves. They had fun, and I was one proud momma. Of course, that slow dancing was like seeing what's to come. It was bittersweet. My little gentleman gave his momma the first slow dance at home the night before though :) During one of the songs, we got to go up and dance with them. It was hilarious!!! God has blessed me so much, and I'm so grateful for His grace and love. I hope your day is wonderful and that God blesses y'all!

Now it's your turn! What have you been doing this week?
