This week's theme: Laundry
Laundry is one of my least favorite things to do. I actually don't mind washing and drying it, but I hate folding/hanging and then putting it all away. Nick is only 5, so I'm not having him put his clothes away. They would be shoved where ever, and wrinkled. There is no way that I'm sending him to school looking like a hot mess, nor am I ironing. I don't iron, unless I'm sewing. Ironing is the worst. I use a wrinkle releasing spray instead. I never minded putting away and folding/hanging when we had to go to the laundry mat. There were sometimes growing up when the washer or dryer broke, and we had to go to the laundry mat. I always loved the laundry mat. There was something fun about it. Well, minus the laundry mat that was at the apartment complex that Jason and I lived at when Nick was born. There was no air conditioning in the building, in Texas, and we only went to that one a coupe of times. Otherwise, we went to an off site laundry mat. I've actually been doing a lot of laundry today. I have to make sure Nick has clean clothes for school on Monday, and Jason has clean clothes for work. It's the never ending chore.
