I love this quote! I found it on Pinterest, and I couldn't agree more. I love creating, and that's where I've been. I know I haven't been on here as much. I'm in the middle of finishing a tutorial for y'all, but I need to get a needle threader when Jason gets paid Wednesday. The only thread I've been using is quilt thread, which is awesome. It's similar to fishing wire, which rocks for what I use it for. Not so great for my tutorial thought. I'm using a tan color and the quilt thread is white.
Okay, like 3 hours later.. [the power kept flickering and finally went out for over an hour] I did a trade and got this awesome fabric in the mail last week. Yay! I'm so exciting!! I've already got some fabric pulled together to work on a headband tonight.
Here is the headband that I made last night. It's my Pleated & Frangipani Fabric Flower Breast Cancer Awareness Elastic Headband. Whew! That's a mouthful, lol! I decided to do something fun with it for y'all, and place it on the bear's head for size gauging. The bear with the headband on it my son's bear, Two. The bear next to him is my bear, Higgins. Nick said Higgins had to be in the picture too. Anyways, October is coming up and we all know what that means, okay other than Halloween. Breast Cancer Awareness month! So what better way to raise the awareness and show your support that sporting this super cute headband.
