Craft: Hello Kitty Freezer Paper Shirt & More

So, I told y'all that I made some cute girly stuff. It's nice to do some froo froo stuff, considering I have a boy. So I made a freezer paper shirt, tutu, and barrette for my best friend's daughter.

I made this super cute Hello Kitty shirt with the tutorial I found here. Although I did use 2 colors. The whiskers are free handed, but the ribbon in her hair is from the stencil.

How cute is this? Yup it's Hello Kitty ribbon, that I made into a barrette. I think I might start selling these in my shop, when I open it. [More about this later lol]

I also made her this tutu. I found the tutorial for it here, but I did 3 layers instead of 2.

Here's little Ms. Kiley in her outfit. I was so excited to see her in it!

Again, how freakin cute is she??

So I know I didn't include any step by step instructions, but I did link y'all to the tutorials. The barrette I just guessed and made it myself. I did all of this in 3 hours so I didn't have time to take step by step pictures. I was rushing to get it done that night lol. So, what do you think? Do you think people would like to purchase their own barrettes and possible the tutu's as well? I'm up in the air about it.

  1. Oh my gosh... how cute that is. And you did that by yourself. I do think people would purchase your barette and the tutu. The thing is, I have no idea how to sew that tulle. I have tried before and all I do is make a mess.

If you are planning on selling them, you may not want to show people how to make them. Just saying!
