Earthy Eco Style Review {Etsy}

I contacted Marise at Earthy Eco Style to do a review of her lovely handbags. She was lovely enough to oblige me. Before I show you the lovely bag, I wanted to tell y'all about Marsie.

EES features a display of eco-friendly items that are not only kind to Mother Earth, but is also vibrant with color and style.
My name is Marlyn, (Nickname: Marsie): Mom of two (1 teenager and 1 toddler – haha, they both keep me busy), Daughter and Sister (My Family are my biggest supporters), Friend, Sitcom and Coffee Lover, Google Enthusiast, Recycler, Image Consultant and Part-Time Designer.
I used to have a high-energy career but decided to be a work-at-home mom and spend more time with my kids. So now, I own and operate an Image Consulting company (from home) and recently became a part-time designer.
I was taught how to sew, crochet and knit during my school years and had so much fun with it. However, I began sewing again in the summer of 2010 and started off with eco-friendly and stylish grocery bags. I really wanted something fun, stylish and easy to carry to the market and back. I also wanted a grocery bag that I could carry and that could hold a lot of items without hurting my fingers.
I support the GREEN movement! By purchasing handmade items from designers or independent entrepreneurs who support the GREEN movement, this helps reduce plastics and non biodegradable materials. The majority of items in this store are made out of either untreated fabric or recycled material. But most of all, you get a really fun and environmentally responsible item from Earthy Eco Style.
Shop homemade!
Each item in my shop is designed, packaged, mailed out from a smoke-free, pet-free (not because I don’t like pets...we used to have a border collie) and dust-free environment.

Marsie sent me her Spring to Summer bag, which is limited edition.

I love that her label is right there, it's too cute!

Here's a close up of the fabric, which I love by the way.

So the materials used are all organic, including the black lining. When I first got the bag, I was just thrilled to get it! Even more that the postal strike in Canada didn't slow down the mailing lol. At first I was thinking that I would have liked pockets in it. Then I organized myself with little makeup bags, and now I'm glad that they're aren't any pockets. I actually know where stuff is in my purse!! Shock!! I've been using the purse for 2 weeks now, and I love it. The materials holds up well, even when I have it over loaded with Nick's stuff and mine! I just love going places with this cheery purse! It seriously puts a smile on my face. Another great thing iswhen, because you know it will happen, Nick spills something on my purse... I can just wash it!! Yay! I love my old Coach purse, but you can't wash it, and it is dirty. So I'm digging this eco friendly fabric purse. Who would have thunk it?

How cute is this? It's Marsie's business card! How cute is she?

So here's the deal: Buy it! It works great, and I have no problems with it at all. You're helping the environment by not using plastic made bags, and here's the best part about buying from Earthy Eco Style..

While I did receive free products for this review, it did by NO means alter my opinion in any way. This is my 100% honest opinion on they above mentioned. For my full disclosure policy, please look at the PR Friendly link.
