Fat Friday: Weigh In



So I finally found another person linking up weigh ins. There's no rules to follow, other than weigh in and try to get to your goal. I haven't weighed in since the 11th, and honestly I haven't been doing much other than sweating to loose weight. I've been so busy, but it looks like I'll have plenty of time to work out now :) So I will start telling yall what workouts I'm doing on my Wii. If I dance, then I'll tell yall the spec's. I need to hold myself accountable for this. It will help my back a bit to loose some of this weight, and lord knows it wouldn't hurt my self esteem either.

Starting Weight: 190 lbs
Last Weigh In:   178lbs
Current Weight: 175 lbs
Goal Weight:     165 lbs

Total Weight Lost: 15 lbs
Lbs to go for Goal Weight: 10 lbs
